FuturePay – Recurring Payment Terms & Conditions

By selecting FuturePay as your payment method, you agree to the following terms regarding recurring billing:

Payment Frequency

• Payments will be automatically charged on a 4 weekly basis.
• Your first payment will be processed on the date of services commencing. Subsequent payments will occur on the same day of each billing cycle.

Length of Payment Terms

• Your payment plan will continue for the length of your storage period.
• Full details of your payment schedule will be provided on your quotation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your FuturePay recurring payment plan at any time by:

• Contacting FuturePay customer support directly.
• Please note: Cancelling your plan may not cancel the underlying product or service. Contact Winchester Storage Ltd for product/service cancellations.

Additional Terms

• Late or missed payments may incur additional fees as outlined in FuturePay’s user agreement.
• All billing is handled securely through FuturePay.
